Hello and behold, we got a little chat about a topic we have no field in. What else is new? This is nothing out of the ordinary for us at this rate. Just another day at the office, as they say. The only thing we can say as a good thing is that, at least we do not have to show up at work to get paid. Thank goodness for that. So, that being said, here is Voltage Divider.
When we were in high school, we had a hobby we liked to show off to our friends and other classmates. And that was to write stories. Sure, they were bad and even borderline cringey, but it was what we had. We were damn proud of it, despite most of our tales being the epitome of Mary Sue fics.
The boss fights are what the fans really liked in this game. Mostly because the music whenever a fight happens are amazing. Every song is amazing, actually. The first one was the boss fight with Toriel. The title of the song is Heartache and you need to dodge her fire attacks while sparing her.
Purple Castiliogne was someone we have a hard time remembering. We are not sure what she had been good at but she supposedly was the bestfriend of Yellow. She probably was some cocky chick in the basketball department, thinking she was a hotshot. In truth, the fact that she was a fifteen year old girl just made her even more annoying.
Undyne and her Spear of Justice theme is what gets us all fired up. And to be honest her fight is frustrating since it is impossible to defeat her. You will need to dodge then run away if you want to get the story going, because attacking back is simply not an option. Unless you went for the genocide route.
Muffet dances you to Spider Dance. While her fight does not really contribute to the story, she is easily one of the more difficult fights because of the style of it. But at least her song really gets us going. As long as we either keep paying her or just keep dodging her attacks, we can win. And hold on.
Blue Dalton was somewhat okay. Her attitude mostly consists of being a quiet genius that loves to sleep a lot. While she is not as arrogant as her fellow friends, she can get cold and judgemental when something does not go her way. Honestly, she is just as bad as the other spoiled brats.
The athenaeum itself was impenetrable. Kira, Raki and Kazuki made sure of it. The inside might look like a bizarre playhouse for children but on the outside, not only did it look decrepit, it was surrounded with thick vines, the windows were barred with metal and the entrance was blocked.
The last one is Red Wycliffe. Where do we begin? She has a not so impressive past but somehow whenever she hits her head, her shy and quiet demeanor completely turns 180 and she suddenly is this murdering sociopath desiring blood. What the hell were we thinking?
